You may use the EC (Encrypt Clear Component) console command. See this to see more about how to use the console.

Note that this is a simulator-specific feature and will not work on a real HSM. so i can't do that on a real HSM? btw where can i get the binary file? i don't get vs2008 so i can't build the project.. thanks for your replay! _Nal_Ra best regards

The console as implemented in the simulator works only with the simulator itself. To use the EC command on a real HSM you would need a real console. To get the binaries click on the Downloads tab and grab the setup file.

Sorry for the delayed response, I was on a small vacation. Currently we don't have any immediate plans to implement RSA commands and this is mostly due to testing limitations. If a contributing member or user can validate the simulator implementation versus a real HSM behavior, this might change.
